It keeps buying clicks to SKUs that stocked out this morning while the lots that have sat for 90 days go unpromoted. 2. **Pixel attribution.** The agency reports a platform return built from browser pixels and cart clicks. When the CFO asks which Sales Orders, Cash Sales and collected Invoices last month's spend produced, and what they earned after landed freight and cost of goods, there is no answer in the ledger. --- ### The architecture: one SDF bundle inside NetSuite The [NetSuite Digital Marketing & B2B Inventory Bundle](/services/netsuite-digital-marketing-b2b-inventory-bundle/) installs four custom records and four SuiteScript 2.1 engines in the account ($15,000 flat setup, $2,500 per month to run the engine, the 10x fee guarantee measured in the ledger). ```text [NetSuite inventory and lot ledger: ATP, price tiers, landed COGS, File Cabinet SKU photos] ├── 1. SKU photo to video studio (9:16 Reels/TikTok/Shorts, 1:1 Meta feed, 16:9 YouTube, Google RSA copy) ├── 2. Five-channel feed governor (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube; ATP floor pause, aged-lot variant) ├── 3. B2B checkout RESTlet (card or ACH Cash Sale, approved Net-30 PO Sales Order, FIFO lot reserved) └── 4. Value-add ledger (Day-0 baseline vs. post-launch realized gross margin by channel) ``` The mechanisms can be tried in the [bundle simulator](/proof/netsuite-digital-marketing-b2b-inventory-console/). It is scripted output on synthetic SIM- identifiers, and its value-add tab is arithmetic on the visitor's own spend, baseline and margin inputs. --- ### Step 1: write the Day-0 baseline before the first impression Before a campaign goes live, the baseline engine snapshots the trailing 90 days into `customrecord_do_dm_campaign_ledger`: - Monthly revenue by SKU family, location and customer cohort. - Gross margin from `transactionaccountingline`, so landed freight, duties and lot cost are in the baseline, not added back later. - Lot age and depth for every item above the 90-day threshold. Every post-launch figure is reported as the delta above this snapshot. The board sees a ledger comparison, not a platform estimate. --- ### Step 2: render the SKU photo into the three ratios and the RSA copy Manufacturers rarely have video for 2,500 industrial SKUs, and B2B buyers scroll past a white-background thumbnail. The studio takes the photo from the NetSuite File Cabinet together with the item fields (`itemid`, `quantityavailable`, the wholesale price tiers and the dispatch promise) and renders: - **9:16 vertical video (1080x1920)** for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts in a three-beat structure: the lead-time pain at 0.0 to 1.5 seconds, the Available-to-Promise count and pallet price at 1.5 to 3.5 seconds, the checkout at 3.5 to 6.0 seconds. - **1:1 feed video (1080x1080)** with the Meta safe-zone grid and **16:9 widescreen (1920x1080)** for YouTube in-stream. - **Google Ads RSA copy**: fifteen headlines checked to 30 characters and four descriptions checked to 90, with the stock count and tier price filled from the item record. When a SKU moves to the aged-lot rule, the variant regenerates with the clearance tier. --- ### Step 3: turn the click into a NetSuite order Instead of a contact form that a rep answers in two or three days, each ad lands on a checkout that posts to the idempotent RESTlet `customscript_do_rl_b2b_instant_purchase`: - **Card or ACH** (`CashSale` or `SalesOrder`): the buyer picks the case, pallet or truckload tier and settles. - **Approved Net-30 PO** (`SalesOrder` or `Estimate`): the buyer enters the PO number; the RESTlet reserves the oldest unexpired FIFO lot on the `inventoryassignment` subrecord for 24 hours and creates a Sales Order ready to pick. - **Click token on the transaction**: `GCLID`, `FBCLID`, `TTCLID` and the creative asset ID are written to `custbody_do_dm_click_id` and `custbody_do_dm_channel` on the header, which is what makes the attribution record possible later. --- ### Step 4: govern the feed from Available-to-Promise The Map/Reduce `do_mr_inventory_omnichannel_sync` runs every 15 minutes and on each Item Fulfillment and Item Receipt: - Each SKU has a floor in `custrecord_do_dm_min_atp_floor`. When `quantityavailable` drops below it, the SKU's ad groups are paused across all five channels on that cycle and reactivated when stock returns. - Lots over 90 days on the shelf switch to the pallet-release variant and take a larger share of the budget toward wholesale buyers. The pause is on the cycle, not instantaneous: fifteen minutes or the fulfillment event, whichever comes first. --- ### Step 5: read the return in gross margin The User Event `do_ue_so_campaign_attribution` joins each attributed transaction to its accounting lines and writes `customrecord_do_dm_sales_attribution`: channel, click token, order value, landed COGS and realized gross profit. The Suitelet `do_sl_marketing_roi_cockpit` reports spend, incremental revenue and gross profit by channel against the Day-0 baseline. Only orders that carry a click token are credited to a channel, so the read understates the campaign rather than crediting it with sales it cannot tie to a click. --- ### What this playbook does not claim - No lift, conversion rate or return figure is published for the bundle. The first real number is the one in your ledger after 90 days. - Ad budgets stay in your platform accounts. The bundle changes what they advertise and reads what they earned. - The checkout does not replace a web store, portal or EDI flow; it exists for ad clicks. Scope it on the [contact page](/contact/?scope=b2b-ads) or read the [offer](/services/netsuite-digital-marketing-b2b-inventory-bundle/).
