The executive intake form collects your name, company, email, selected scope, and consent. You can optionally provide your role, phone number, and a description of the problem. A receipt reference and submission time are stored with your request in this website's private database.
Purpose and access
Your details are used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Each submission is stored privately and emailed to the DataOngoing team so we can respond; there is no public directory of submissions. The receipt confirms that your request was recorded; submitting the form does not send you an email, book an engagement, or subscribe you to a mailing list.
Keep sensitive records out of this form
Do not submit passwords, credentials, bank or tax identifiers, customer records, or confidential deal documents. This website does not connect to your ERP or upload files. Any access to business systems is arranged separately after the appropriate scope and confidentiality arrangements.
Technical information
Hosting infrastructure processes request information to operate and protect this site. Intake requests are rate-limited. The website loads typography from Google Fonts, so your browser may contact Google's font servers. Interactive calculators and simulations run in your browser using modeled data.

For questions about submitted information, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email 2doai@dataongoing.com. Include your receipt reference if you have one, but do not include sensitive identity documents in the initial email.
