00:00To private equity sponsors and operating partners here in Las Vegas: your post-acquisition value creation shouldn't be trapped in forty-page slide decks.

00:11At DataOngoing, we measure our work strictly in basis points of EBITDA. Two hours of executive input returns hundreds of automated hours, proven in our 100x time ledger.

00:24First, a 48 to 72-hour AI technology diligence read to price technical debt before wiring capital. Second, compressing your 21-day multi-entity close down to 3. Third, automated floor-to-ledger data ingestion straight into NetSuite.

00:44We ship working code in 14-day sprints. If it does not run in production, the milestone is not billed. Visit DataOngoing.ai to schedule a private advisory session.

NetSuite Digital Marketing & B2B Inventory Bundle: inventory to five ad channels, checkout to the ledger

The bundle installs four custom records and four SuiteScript 2.1 engines in your NetSuite account. A Map/Reduce reads Available-to-Promise, FIFO lot age and price tiers every 15 minutes and on fulfillment events, pauses a SKU’s ads when stock drops below its floor and switches aged lots to a clearance variant. A video studio renders each SKU photo into 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 ads with character-checked Google RSA copy. A RESTlet checkout creates the Sales Order or Cash Sale with the lot reserved and the click token written to the transaction, and a User Event joins landed cost so the return is reported on gross margin against the 90-day Day-0 baseline, not on platform pixels.

The basis-point lever

Gross margin on advertised inventory: no spend on stocked-out SKUs, aged lots cleared before write-down, and every ad dollar read against realized gross profit in the ledger.

What you get

The bundle vs. an agency with a separate cart and pixel reporting

The 4 NetSuite custom records in the bundle

Deployed by the SDF bundle; the simulator below shows how each is written, with synthetic SIM- identifiers rather than client data.

Custom recordHolds
customrecord_do_dm_campaign_ledgerCampaign ledger: the Day-0 baseline and each campaign’s spend, revenue and gross margin by period
customrecord_do_dm_sku_feed_ruleSKU feed rule: safety-stock floor, aged-lot threshold, price tier and channel status per item
customrecord_do_dm_video_ad_assetVideo ad asset: the rendered variants, scripts and RSA copy per SKU and ratio
customrecord_do_dm_sales_attributionSales attribution: click token, channel, transaction, landed COGS and realized gross profit per order

Bundle simulator: value-add ledger, feed governor, video studio and checkout RESTlet

Move the ledger sliders, deplete a SKU below its floor to watch the feed pause it, scrub the three-beat video for each SKU, and inspect the payload the checkout RESTlet would post. Simulated output, not live data. Or open the simulator full-screen →

Frequently asked questions

What does the $2,500 per month cover?

Running the engine: the feed governor, the video renders as the catalog changes, the ad-account syncs and the monthly gross-margin read-out against the Day-0 baseline. Ad spend is paid to the platforms by you, from your own accounts.

How is the return measured?

Before launch the bundle snapshots the trailing 90 days of sales by SKU, subsidiary and customer cohort into customrecord_do_dm_campaign_ledger. After launch every order that carries a click token is joined to its landed cost, so the figure you see is incremental gross profit above that baseline, not platform-reported conversions.

What happens when a SKU sells out mid-campaign?

The Map/Reduce compares Available-to-Promise with the SKU’s safety-stock floor every 15 minutes and on each Item Fulfillment. Once ATP drops below the floor the SKU’s ad groups are paused across all five channels on that cycle and reactivated when stock returns.

Does the checkout replace our existing web store?

No. It is a landing checkout for ad clicks: card, ACH or an approved Net-30 PO, written to NetSuite as a Sales Order or Cash Sale with the FIFO lot reserved for 24 hours. Your store, portal and EDI flows keep running as they are.

Talk to the architect, not a salesperson

Aissistor technology for NetSuite: the five roles a company pays for, absorbed into one governed box at a modeled 20-80% lower cost, with the existing team repurposed rather than replaced, and every outcome published in a 100x time ledger with its source class.
